We've had word passed along that your portkeys aren't safe to use at all. Somethings thrown off the destination calibration, system-wide. Once things are sorted out, your mum and dad think they'll be getting you new ones, but they may not be sure for awhile.

If it helps, there's no emergency on their end. Or anywhere else in their network that they know of. It just seems to be some kind of trouble with the portkey network.
